Where are my policy documents?
Immediately after purchase you will receive an email which directs you to MyBrokerSure, our online customer portal. You will need to create a password in order to login. Once you've logged in, you can view your documents, change your policy, and amend personal information.
You can also see a copy of all Policy Wordings here.
If you'd like your documents posted, please get in touch so that we can arrange this for you. Note that it may take up 5 business days for you to receive them. We cannot accept any liability for delay or non-delivery by the postal service, or if you do not have enough time to review your documents before you travel.
