What if the FCDO advises against travel?
If the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advise against all (or all but essential) travel to a certain country or area, we cannot provide a travel insurance policy under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to check the advice of the FCDO before you travel, which can be found here.
