How do I cancel my policy?

All of the policies we offer are subject to a 14-day cooling off period as of policy purchase.

If you cancel within those 14-days you will receive a full refund. This is provided:

  1. You have not travelled on the policy
  2. You have not made a claim on the policy
  3. You do not intend to make a claim

If you cancel after those 14 days, your refund is dependent on the refund policy stated in your Policy Wording.
