The Ski Resort
Tremblant Ski Resort is located in Quebec's Laurentian Mountains, and stands as a premier four-season destination. Established in 1939 with the installation of its first chairlift, Tremblant has evolved into the largest skiable terrain in Eastern North America. At the base of Mont Tremblant, the resort's pedestrian village has an inviting atmosphere, and is reminiscent of a quaint European town. Cobblestone streets wind through colourful buildings, hosting restaurants, bars, cafés, and boutiques. Accommodation in the village caters to different preferences and budgets, ranging from cosy chalets to luxury skin/ski-out hotels. The feel of the village is lively but intimate, inviting guests to explore and engage with the amenities.
The Ski Slopes
The resort boasts 102 ski trails spread across 763 acres, with four distinct slopes designed to be suitable for all skill levels. The summit elevation is 875 metres, and with over 1,200 snow guns, Tremblant ensures optimal snow conditions throughout the season. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, Tremblant has extensive cross-country skiing opportunities. Visitors can access up to 120 km of trails suitable for both beginners and seasoned skiers, allowing for an exploration of the surroundings. Freestyle enthusiasts can explore three snowparks equipped with 50 modules.
Après Ski
After a day carving up the slopes in Tremblant, it's time to dive into the après-ski scene. The pedestrian village at the mountain's base is full of places to relax, refuel, and revel in the evening. Le P’tit Caribou is famed for its lively atmosphere, whether you're up for dancing, playing games, or just soaking in the chalet-style vibes. If you're more in the mood for a laid-back setting, La Forge Bistro-Bar & Grill offers two distinct experiences. The first floor, known as The Forge Bistro, is perfect for a trendy après-ski hangout or a meal with friends and family. Upstairs, the Grill serves up the best wood-grilled specialties in Tremblant. For those who want to keep the outdoor fun going, La Terrasse Après-Ski at the Fairmont Tremblant is a heated terrace right by the Nansen Bas trail. You can ski in, warm up, and enjoy the lively après-ski ambience. And let's not forget the springtime Après-Ski Tremblant events at Place Saint-Bernard. From March 15 to April 13, every Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the plaza comes alive with music and sunshine - the perfect combo to celebrate the season.
We'd like to wish you an enjoyable holiday in the snow and please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any queries regarding your insurance cover.
