The Ski Resort

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village, Wyoming, is renowned for its challenging terrain, natural beauty, and proximity to national parks. Established in the 1960s, it has evolved from a rugged ski destination into a world-class resort. The resort is committed to environmental sustainability, and has operated entirely on wind energy since 2019. Nestled at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the village is bustling with activity all year round. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dining options, a range of shops and boutiques, and several spas and wellness centres for relaxation. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy for guests to feel at home.

The Ski Slopes

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is known for its deep snow and impressive terrain, so it’s a favourite for skiers and snowboarders after a challenge. Averaging over 450 inches of snow every season, it’s this powder which attracts winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world. In fact, the 22/23 season saw a record-breaking 595 inches of snow - Jackson Hole is definitely no joke when it comes to snowfall! The resort stretches across 2,500 acres on two mountains, Après Vous and Rendezvous, with a summit elevation of 3,185 metres and a base at 1,924 metres. That means a significant drop of 1,262 metres - one of the biggest in North America. There are 131 named trails, and the mountain leans heavily toward more experienced riders, with 50% of the runs rated expert, 40% intermediate, and just 10% beginner. With its high elevation, steep terrain, and reliable snowfall, Jackson Hole offers some of the most exhilarating skiing and snowboarding in the U.S.

Après Ski

Jackson Hole’s après-ski scene has everything you’d expect, from cosy drinks to late-night dancing. For an authentic Jackson Hole experience, The Mangy Moose has been going since 1967, with great food, drinks, and an eclectic atmosphere. Or for a more relaxed vibe, try The Spur, featuring a heated patio, local brews, and expertly crafted cocktails. Tram Dock bar and kitchen is also a favourite, with live music, any drink you can think of and a nostalgic ambience. The food scene is just as exciting, with farm-to-table restaurants serving up regional favourites like bison (at Trapper’s), elk, and trout alongside sushi, Thai, and Indian cuisine.
