Yes. We can confirm that we are able to offer policies to those with pre-existing medical conditions, including cancer, heart, and long-term conditions. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, these would need to be declared for your policy to be valid. We do not have the facility to exclude these from cover. We have adapted our online quote system and medical screening process to make declaring pre-existing conditions quick and simple.
Failure to declare the correct medical conditions, or to give complete and accurate information, might result in claims being rejected, claims being refused, or cover withdrawn. Please visit our FAQ 'What is a pre-existing medical condition?' so that you can avoid this possibility.
