What is a CVV number?
CVV stands for Card Verification Value, and is an anti-fraud feature to help verify that you are in possession of your payment card. The CVV is a 3-digit number, which can be found on the signature strip on the back of your card.
Or, if you use American Express, this is a 4-digit number located on the front of your card, to the right hand side, above the long card number.
