How do I make a claim?

Provided that the circumstances surrounding your claim comply with the terms and conditions of the insurer, you will be able to register a claim with the claims handler. The relevant contact information for the claims handlers can be found in your policy wording. 

For emergency medical assistance, your policy documents will show details of a 24 hour telephone number.  
There is a separate claims number for non-emergency claims.
