What do I do if I need to make an amendment to my policy?

If you purchased your policy before 18th December 2015, you’ll need to call 0333 300 0029 (or 0333 300 0331 for UK & Day Break cover). For policies purchased after 18th December 2015, please call 0330 880 3600. We are open Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8.30am to 4pm.

How do I make a claim?

If your policy was purchased before 18th December 2015, you will need to register your claim at www.tgclaim-register.com/DTI.aspx. If you wish to discuss your claim, please call 0845 603 6497. If you are abroad and require emergency medical or travel assistance, please call +44 (0) 1273 747 602, or email assistance@direct-travel.co.uk.

For policies purchased after 18th December 2015, you will need to speak to the claims handler and/or medical emergency team detailed in your policy documents. For reference, these contact details are listed below.
