If I take an annual policy for Europe can I upgrade to Worldwide at a later date?
Under most circumstances we would be able to upgrade cover from Europe to Worldwide. This can be done via the customer service department. You would be required to pay any additional charges in order to upgrade your cover - this will be calculated by the remaining duration of your Annual Multi Trip policy, and the cost difference between Worldwide travel compared to Europe. This is subject to the terms and conditions of your policy when making any kind of amendment, and sometimes it may have to be referred to the underwriters for approval.
