You may cancel this policy within 14 days of receipt of your policy documentation. Providing your policy has been paid in full, you will receive a full premium refund as long as you have not travelled, no valid claim has been made or is intended to be made and no incident likely to give rise to a valid claim has occurred. You must contact Direct Travel Insurance on 0845 075 6659 to confirm your wish to cancel
If you are an Annual Multi-Trip policyholder and you have not made a claim before you asked to cancel the policy, you will be entitled to a refund of the premium paid, subject to a deduction for the time for which you have been covered on a proportionate basis, plus a £15 administration fee
We may also cancel the policy by providing 30 days notice by registered post to your last known address
Non payment of premiums:
We reserve the right to cancel this policy in the event of non payment of the premium
