When these restrictions are in place, only cars with number plates that end in an even number are allowed to be in transport on even dates, and cars with number plates that end in an odd number can be in transport on odd dates. These restrictions apply within the city boundaries (M30 inner ring road) between the times of 6:30am and 9pm.
