What is netball?

Netball is a team sport played by two teams of seven. Players pass the ball between set areas of the court and attempt to score through a raised goal ring. The rules restrict movement with the ball and determine where each playing position can go.

Is netball covered by travel insurance?

Yes. Netball is included as a standard activity on the travel insurance policies available through Direct Travel.

Select netball when getting your quote and check that it appears on your Policy Certificate or policy documents. Standard activity cover applies to amateur participation, subject to the policy terms and competition rules.
