We divide the world into different areas for insurance purposes.
For Single Trip policies there are four areas: UK, Europe, Worldwide excluding USA, Canada and the Caribbean and Worldwide including USA, Canada and the Caribbean.
For Backpacker policies there are also four areas: Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Worldwide excluding USA, Canada and the Caribbean and Worldwide including USA, Canada and the Caribbean.
For Annual policies there are two areas: Europe (including the UK) and Worldwide.
Your policy will cover all areas up to and including the area you select. For example, an Annual Worldwide policy will also cover trips to Europe.

Please note that we cannot provide cover for any travel in, to or through the following countries; Afghanistan, Cuba, Liberia and Sudan.
