Further heavy rain forecast

The Vietnam National Weather Centre (http://www.nchmf.gov.vn) has forecast that 50-100mm of rain (in some places it may be up to 200mm) will fall in Hanoi and several northern provinces between 6-8 November. This is lighter than the downpours received over the weekend of 31 October. However, some flooding is expected as the excess water from the last flood has not completely receded in some areas.
