The CDC have advsed that as of 11:00 AM ET on May 5, 2009, there have been 403 confirmed human cases of swine flu and 1 death. The incidents are listed below by state:

Kentucky: 1 (resident of Kentucky but currently hospitalized in Georgia)

Nebraska: 1
