SUSPECTED SWINE FLU CASES REPORTED AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Health officials recorded a suspected case of A/H1N1 flu at Entebbe International Airport (HUEN/EBB) on 30 June 2009. The woman, who is a Kampala resident, was identified as a possible case at the airport's screening desk and was rushed to a local hospital for additional testing. Upon arriving in Uganda after a trip to South Africa, the woman was reportedly too weak to walk and had a sore throat and persistent cough. Tests are currently being conducted and results are expected at a later date
