Two of Hong Kong's best kept food secrets are attracting tourists in their droves.
Thousands of holidaymakers are heading to Hong Kong to sample the treats produced by two of the region's best food outlets.
According to Relax News, the Tai Cheong Bakery and Tim Ho Wan - a dim sum restaurant - are drawing crowds of tourists as word about their culinary delights spreads.
The Tai Cheong Bakery is best known for its egg tarts, of which it sells over one million every month.
Meanwhile, Tim Ho Wan - which seats just 20 people - is famous for its pork puffs, as well as the fact that it received a Michelin star last year.
Holidaymakers considering booking flights, accommodation and
travel insurance for a foodie trip to Hong Kong may also want to make sure they sample local delicacies such as a watermelon pastry known as lou pho piang and shaomai pork and mushroom dumplings.
Those visiting Hong Kong in December can also attend the Hong Kong Food Festival.
