An increasing number of skiers are opting for package deals to cut costs, it has been revealed.
Many skiers are now looking to package deals as a way of saving money, according to a new report.
The Ski Club of Great Britain said that a growing number of holidaymakers are looking for such packages because they want to have a clear idea of what the likely costs will be upfront.
Al Morgan, information manager at the Ski Club of Great Britain, commented: "The increased costs of flying with no frills airlines and the ski carriage charges may have also impacted the independent travel market."
He added that a good snow season could help to boost this year's ski holiday market considerably.
