A new route from Heathrow Airport to Berlin has been announced by bmi.
Holidaymakers looking to book flights and
travel insurance for a trip to Berlin might want to take advantage of a new route to the German capital.
From March 28th, bmi will operate flights to Berlin from Heathrow Airport four times a day.
Passengers will be able to buy tickets for both economy and business class seats, with the former starting from £99 return.
The announcement comes shortly after bmi revealed it is to launch a new route from London to Vienna for the
summer season.
"Berlin is a major centre of culture, politics, media and science in Europe and customers travelling with bmi will have the opportunity to discover the cultural attractions Berlin has to offer," commented Dominic Paul of bmi.
Some of the most popular sights in Berlin include the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, which is home to five museums built at various points in time since 1830.
Visitors can also see the remains of the Berlin Wall on their trip to the city.
