A trip to Hong Kong could satisfy the most adventurous food lover.
Visiting Hong Kong in November could be the ideal time for food lovers to sample the huge variety of cuisine that is on offer.
This is according to Anthony Lau, executive director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, who said that although the destination is "welcoming" throughout the year, Wine and Dine Month (November) could prove particularly special.
Live music, entertainment and, of course, plenty of "gourmet food and award-winning wines" are on offer during the month - all set "against the backdrop of our beautiful Victoria Harbour and cityscape".
Mr Lau continued, saying anyone interested in indulging in some retail therapy should not be disappointed as Hong Kong boasts an array of shopping options from "glitzy malls to funky street markets" as well as traditional Chinese premises and themed districts.
Clothing from designer collections sits alongside electronic gadgets, collectible items and antiques in the retail-orientated parts of the city.
Tourists simply "must see" the Peak, as Mr Lau explained: "[It] is one of the most popular attractions in Hong Kong ... visitors can feast their eyes on breathtaking views."
Skyscrapers, green hillsides and Victoria Harbour can all be viewed from the tower.
And that's not all - travellers enjoying the city between September 15th and 22nd might find themselves caught up in the Mid-Autumn Festival, or the Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance which takes place from the 21st until the 23rd of the same month.
Anyone considering a trip to Hong Kong should take out adequate
holiday insurance before leaving the UK.
