No matter what time travellers arrive in Brazil, they will find plenty to do, says an expert.
People considering where to take their next holiday might want to take one expert's advice to visit Brazil, particularly as it holds plenty of opportunities all year round and has lots to see throughout its regions.
This is according to Glauco Chris Fuzinatto, UK and Ireland director at the Brazilian Tourist Office, who explained that the South American country remains popular no matter what the month.
He has attributed this to the culture and the people, he said: "Our culture is a very unique selling point, from the gastronomy to music and art."
Indeed each region, or state, in the nation boasts something different in terms of its ways of life and tourist attractions, which prompted Mr Fuzinatto to call it "diverse" and could encourage annual trip insurance policyholders to book an extended stay, or even a backpacker adventure during which they could try to see as much as possible.
What's more, Brazil has recently been listed by Lonely Planet as one of its Best in Travel 2011 destinations and Mr Fuzinatto said he was not surprised to hear it had scooped the accolade.
Only Albania ranked higher in the list, in which Brazil came second, Cape Verde was third and Bulgaria was posted as the fifth location.
However, this publicity may have contributed to the figures recently published by STR Global, which revealed that of the hotels available in Brazil during September, 71.5 per cent were occupied, which marked a 9.6 per cent increase when compared with the same period last year, which could prompt people to make early reservations.
