April and May 'the best months to visit Puerto Rico'
People wondering what time of year would be best to visit Puerto Rico may wish to consider April or May.
According to Pamela Petro of the Telegraph, these months are the "safest recommendation" she can make for a good holiday in the country, as they lack some of the downsides of other times of the year.
December to March may be peak season for Puerto Rico, but this means that everywhere is more crowded and prices are higher, she said.
