TWO SEPARATE RAILWAY TRACK BOMBINGS IN SOUTHERN THAILAND

On 27 October 2009 two separate bombings occurred near railway tracks in Narathiwat and Yala provinces in southern Thailand. In Narathiwat province, a bomb exploded near a train station in the Rue So district. The second attack was reported in the Raman district of Yala province. The blasts injured at least two security guards.
