Small bomb explodes in Lazkao

There was a small bomb explosion in Lazkao in the Basque region of Spain on the 23rd Feb. No one was injured when the bomb, which was hidden inside a bag, exploded outside the campaign offices of the Basque Socialist Party. The office had been evacuated following a call two hours before the explosion which had warned that a bombing would happen.
