ETA issue threat to rail link construction workers

Separatist group ETA has issued a threat declaring that anyone working on the construction of a high-speed train from Madrid to the Basque region as being a target. The group, have already claimed responsibility for the killing last December of a businessman involved in the project. Security measures on the construction have been tightened, however personnel working on the project should be aware of the threat and take necessary precautions.
