BRITISH TOURIST KILLED IN BEACH LANDSLIDE

At least two people, including a British woman, have been killed by a landslide at a beach on the Spanish holiday island of Tenerife.At least four others may be trapped under rocks which came loose from cliffs above the beach at the western resort of Los Gigantes.
The collapse of a 130ft (40m) stretch of cliff happened shortly after 1600 local time (1600 GMT) yesterday at a small beach at Playa de los Gigantes.
The area is popular with British tourists, and it was reported that the dead British woman was on holiday with her family.
