Bomb explosion near a court in Tolosa in the Basque region

On 4 October 2008 a bomb exploded near a court in Tolosa in the Basque region at approximately 0115 local time (2315 UTC). The Basque separatist group ETA reportedly called the regional traffic department warning officials of the explosion a half hour before the bomb went off. Police officers blocked off the area before the blast occurred. No injuries were reported; however, the court building sustained significant damage.
