Security threat received for Islamabad and Lahore

Security was increased in Islamabad and Lahore after authorities received intelligence reports stating that there was a possibility of a terror attack. Security personnel were stationed in Islamabad's most populous areas, including Constitution Avenue and the Red Zone. Additional checkpoints were also set up. Pakistani intelligence sources reported that 14 known terrorists have entered the cities of Islamabad and Lahore in the past days.
