Militants attack Nigerian navy ship that was guarding a Royal Dutch Shell flow station

Unidentified militants attacked a Nigerian navy ship that was guarding a Royal Dutch Shell flow station in Bayelsa state early on 21 November 2008. The attack occurred at approximately 0230 local time near Nembe Creek. The militants were able to damage the navy boat, but there was no damage to the flow station. No casualties were reported in the attack.
