24hr curfew in Jos

Following the recent civil unrest in Jos, Plateau State, there is a 24 hour curfew in place in some areas and people are advised to stay indoors.Other parts are subject to 6.00pm - 8.00am curfew. British nationals are advised by the FCO, against all but essential travel to Jos and immediate surrounding areas.
