Small explosive device detonated at a factory belonging to Toyota Motor Corporation

According to reports published on 17 September 2008, a small explosive device was detonated at a factory that belongs to the Toyota Motor Corporation in the southwestern Fukuoka prefecture. The bomb followed a series of threatening phone calls that demanded the cessation of a contract between the motor company and a leading construction company. The blast caused minor material damage, but there were no reports of injuries.
