Aircraft forced to make emergency landing in Batam.

On 23 March 2009 a Sriwijaya Air aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Hang Nadim Airport (WIDD/BTH) in Batam. The Boeing 737-300 was travelling from Bintan Island to Jakarta with 122 passengers and crew on board when it experienced engine failure. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
