PILOT STRIKE CONTINUES

Pilots for Jet Airways have continued their strike action by calling in sick today 9 September 2009, causing the cancellation of approximately 200 domestic and international flights. The situation has mainly affected flights to and from Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. It is reported that the airline has rebooked approximately 80 percent of the passengers on cancelled flights on other airlines and is offering refunds to other passengers.
