Bomb explosion outside Athen's bank

A bomb was detonated at the entrance to a branch of Eurobank on the corner of Vouliagmenis Avenue and Geroulanos Street in the southern Athens' suburb of Argyroupolis The blast in the early hours of this morning caused significant damage to the bank and to cars parked nearby - there were no reports of injuries.
A local newspaper received a warning call approximately 30 minutes before the device exploded, giving authorities time to cordon off the area. There have been no claims of responsibility.
