Tidal wave damage to Ghana coastline

Since early September strong tidal waves have caused damage to villages along the Ghanaian coastline, from Keta in the East to Sekondi-Takoradi in the West. The damage has affected mainly fishing villages. If you plan on travel to the Ghanaian coastline you should exercise caution given the strength of the tidal waves striking Ghana
