You are required to pay an excess when you claim under certain sections of our policies.
The excess is:
£50 on Premier Plus travel insurance policies; £60 on Premier travel insurance policies; £75 on Standard travel insurance policies; £100 on Budget and Backpacker travel insurance policies.
Under the Personal Liability section, the excess is £100 on all policies with the exception of Budget policies where the excess is £250.
