How do I make a claim?
If you need to make a travel insurance claim, you can register your claim
This secure service allows you to notify the claims department of your
intention to claim and will provide you with a claim form for completion. When
you have registered, you will be presented with your claims reference number and
the claim form will be emailed to you directly.

Please ensure that you send all Original Documentation in support of your
claim with your claim form. Photocopies are not acceptable and can lead to a

Direct Travel Insurance Claims on 0845 603 6497 to request a claim form. Direct
Travel Insurance Claims is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
It’s important that you notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 31
days following any bodily injury, illness, incident, event, redundancy or
discovery of any loss or damage giving rise to the claim under your travel
