Ibero-American Summit will affect transportation

The Government of El Salvador is hosting the Ibero-American Summit in San Salvador from October 28 to October 31 2008. For security reasons, the local government has authorized several major road closures and detours. Regularly scheduled public transportation routes may be cancelled or rerouted. Hotels may have few or no vacancies.
