3 explosive devices found

Three small explosive devices were found and safely detonated in Phnom Penh on the 2nd of january 2009. One device was found on Russian Boulevard in front of the Ministry of National Defence HQ. The other two devices were found in a building site near to the studios of TV3 the state television company which is also situated on Russian Boulevard. Visitors to cambodia should continue to avoid crowds and political gatherings.
