Explosion at British Embassy in Manama

On 16 March 2010 an unidentified assailant threw an explosive device at the British Embassy in Manama. Details regarding the incident remain very limited, but it was reported that no one was injured and that the embassy compound sustained no serious damage. British authorities have increased security at the embassy, and an investigation is underway.
