Increased risk of transportation delays in Buenos Aires on 9 September

There is an increased risk of transportation delays in Buenos Aires on 9 September 2008, as minibus drivers gather to protest over a new traffic regulation implemented by city authorities that benefits taxi drivers. Protesters will gather at Avenida de Mayo and Bolivar. Approximately 600 minibuses are expected to take part in the protest. Delays will likely take place on Avenidas San Juan, Santa Fe, 9 de Julio, Diagonal Sur and Diagonal Norte.
