Heavy rain affect Buenos Aires

Heavy rains have caused significant traffic delays on principal access roads to Buenos Aires, due to flooding and fallen trees. Rains also caused train delays in the Retiro-Mitre branch of the Mitre rail, as well as a 15-minute delay on the Sarmiento rail line. The National Meteorological Service issued warnings for central and north Buenos Aires, south and central Santa Fe, Rio de la Plata, Cordoba and Entre Rios.
